Integrative family Physician
Pamela Hops is a licensed, board-certified family physician and co-founder of Flatiron Family Medical. Dr. Hops attended the University of Ottawa, Concordia University in Montreal and received her medical degree from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. She completed her residency in Family Practice at North Shore University hospital, where she became Chief Resident.
Dr. Hops went on to join Beth Israel Medical Center’s Center for Health and Healing in New York City, where she practiced for 13 years, completing fellowships in both Integrative Medicine and Eriksonian Hypnotherapy, and earning her certification in Medical Acupuncture from Helms Medical Institute, UCLA. She has also served as an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
Dr. Hops believes an integrative, whole-person approach to health is a critical element for achieving positive outcomes. Her wide-ranging knowledge of medicine, nutrition, and other modalities help her develop active, informed partnerships with her patients— and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Sapna Chaudhary, D.O.
Integrative family Physician
Sapna Chaudhary is a licensed, board-certified family physician and co-founder of Flatiron Family Medical. Dr. Chaudhary is the first physician to be awarded an Integrative Medicine Fellowship from Beth Israel Medical Center, which she completed in conjunction with Dr. Andrew Weil through the University of Arizona and is also certified in Medical Acupuncture from Helms Medical Institute, UCLA.
Dr. Chaudhary received her medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-School of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her residency training at Beth Israel Residency in Urban Family Medicine and practiced at the Center for Health and Healing in New York City for over 10 years - specializing in integrative primary care for newborns, children, and adults. She has also served as an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
Dr. Chaudhary believes in approaching health from a whole body perspective, and incorporates her deep knowledge of medicine, nutrition, and other modalities to deliver truly patient-centered, evidence-based primary care. In her free time, Dr. Chaudhary enjoys tennis, yoga, spinning and loves to organize.
